 Suzhou Ruisen Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. (SRCC) is a leading manufacturer domestically of diamond products. Located in the developed centre area of South of Yangtz River near Taihu Lake, our company has over 10 years' experience in this particular field. Our company covers an area of 20,000 square meters with RMB8.8 million of registered capital. Our annual production capability of cemented carbide has reached 200 tons. Made of high-quality raw materials, our products with a variety of types and specifications, can meet customers' different requirements. Our company has passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System Certification.
Adhering to the principle of "Quality first, Credit Fundamental", we persistently pursue constant innovation to meet customers' demands. So far, there are over 100 employees in our company. We have 20 press machines/compressors, 18 lathes (of which 4 are numerical controlled), 5 WEDMs, 10 grinding machines and 2 pressure sintering furnaces. With a young, practical, united and capable team as well as our superior techniques, our products enjoy a popular market at home and abroad for excellent quality and high stability. Our products can be divided mainly into two catalogues: diamond wheels and cemented carbides.
Diamond wheels include flat wheels, taper cup wheels, dished wheels, cupulate wheels, one taper-side wheels, two taper-side wheels and cetreless grinding wheels. The articles can be ordered in accordance with different requirements of our customers concerning types and specifications, such as external diametre, bore, height and diamond granularity. Diamond bronze wheels, diamond bakelite wheels, diamond CBN wheels and diamond resinoid bonded grinding wheels are also our products.
The other main catalogue of our products is cemented carbide which is of YG grade series. This catalogue includes standard and non-standard die blanks, such as wire-drawing dies, pipe-drawing dies, circular knives, strip blades, carbide tips, external and internal dies and walk core points. The articles can be ordered in accordance with the different requirements of our customers.
